| "Recently I was involved in a fender bender with my favorite car. Being in a car accident was stressful enough without having to deal with my insurance company. The accident happened on a Friday and I reported it to my insurance company right away. By Monday afternoon, when I had still had not heard from the insurance company, I decided to go to Concours Elite to see if they could help me.
I was helped by Bob, who immediately reassured me that my car would be restored to its original condition and that he would relieve me of the stress of dealing with my insurance company. | I have been in the body and paint business myself a lot of my career and have dealt with a number of different body shops in Canada and the States, and have never come across someone who backs up their word and is as professional as Bob Fitzgerald with Concours Elite. My daughter initially took her car there and I was so impressed as a father to see how Bob treated my daughter with such respect, that I ended up bringing my car there as well.
My vehicle was involved in a bad accident in which the front and rear of my truck were damaged. Bob got right on it and got all of the parts ordered. He kept me informed on the progress and told me when it would be done. I never had to worry. He took care of everything from the bodywork to the paint to all of the paperwork for the insurance company. I have many years of customer service experience with my own business, and I have not seen anyone as conscientious as Bob. He goes the extra mile. I would not hesitate to recommend him and, in fact, I would encourage my friends to go to him. |

| Bob and Todd could not do enough for me while they brought my Lexus IS350 back to life!!! They contacted me regularly with updates on the progress of repair while Bob went above and beyond and served as a liason between the insurance agency as needed! | Concours Elite is a wonderful auto repair shop. Although it took a little while for me to get in for an appointment, they are slammed on a daily basis, I wasn't deterred from doing business with them.
The people there are so courteous, it's almost unbelievable. I turned my car in to the owner, Bob. Bob was really nice and down-to-earth. However, I mostly worked with Steve. He was wonderful. He took the time to explain each step to me as we went through the process and called me with important updates. This entire process was super easy and ended with great results. It could have been a nightmare and very frustrating, instead, they've got themselves a new customer for life! |

| The first place i took my car to had been to the body shop who dealt with my previous accident. My estimate was high again and the service sucked but i thought this was the only place i could take my BMW to. Then Hertz suggested I take my car to Concours Elite. This place was amazing!! Bob handled my claim and was so professional but at the same time he made this whole bad situation sooo easy to deal with. I felt as though the estimate they drew up was completely fair, and thousands less than the previous body shop!
Not only did Bob make the rental car process go by much quicker (he called Hertz directly and helped me get into a rental that same day!), but he was also very NICE and happy to talk to my mom! lol, He explain the process to her as well, and contacted her multiple times to keep her in the loop, which really helps with the stress level that comes with car accidents. I love that this body shop is AAA approved, and i love that my time spent with them went so smoothly. My car looked brand new when i picked it up! They also took some time to glue on another part of my car together that hadn't even been involved in the accident!! It looked amazing :) I HIGHLY recommend taking your damaged car straiiiight to Concours Elite. |

| I have gone to Concours Elite a number of times over the past 10 or so years. I was originally directed to them from an insurance claim. So, I had Concours repaint my car, and I have been a believer ever since. They always go way out of their way, and their attention to detail is excellent. They really do everything they can. After our first experience with Concours, we used them several times over the years after fender-benders, and we had a more substantial accident this last time. Everything they have ever done for me has been excellent. Their attention to detail is very high, and they take time to look over the car with you when they are done. They go out of their way to make you feel comfortable. |

| I hadn't been in a situation like this in over 25 years, but my experience with Concours Elite and Bob were top notch. I couldn't be happier that I took my car to their shop! I was so upset when my accident happened, I came to their shop shaking and Bob hugged me and assured me that everything would be okay. The staff handled all of my frustrations and concerns, and took care of my stress! I called several times, and not once were they annoyed or frustrated but instead calmed me down to reassure me that they were handling things. Bob always made sure he was available when I needed a question answered or my insurance company was frustrating me. They are the best in town! I won't take my car anywhere else, and will recommend them to everybody. |

| My wife got into her first accident and was very shaken up. She was on her way to work, and full anxiety. The folks at Concours Elite gave us the reassurance that everything would be handled, and treated us with the upmost respect..like we were family. Bob let me know he worked for us, NOT the insurance companies. I was able to get all new parts on my vehicle thanks to them, and you can't even tell it's ever been in an accident! The customer service at Concours Elite is top-notch and goes far beyond what was required or necessary. Bob and Ryan addressed issues that concerned us and gave us continual updates and treated us as if we were their only client. Concourse Elite handled all the insurance paperwork through the entire process.
The work is high-quality and looks better than it did before an act of God damaged the car. There isn't even a hint of where the damaged occurred and the car looks as if we just drove the car off the showroom floor. I highly recommend Concours Elite. |
