Do I have to use the Repair Shop my Insurance Company tells me to?
To put it simply, the answer is "No". California law states that you may go to the repair shop of your choice.
Are you an I-CAR Gold Class Shop?
Yes, we are! Which means, you have the satisfaction of knowing your vehicle's repairs are safely completed with care.
Can you Fix other, Unrelated Damage while my Vehicle is in the Shop?
We will be happy to provide an estimate to repair any other damage unrelated to the accident. Please let us know about any unrelated damage when you are dropping off your vehicle. Often times it is the least expensive time to complete additional repairs, as insurance repairs may overlap into what you need to have done.
Do you Warranty Your Work?
We warranty all of our repair workmanship for as long as you own the vehicle. The parts’ warranty will vary based on the manufacturer of the part (please see warranty page for details).
