Estimates
We specialize and process all insurance claims for your convenience, and our team is ready and qualified for any challenge your vehicle may offer. Estimates are made by appointment with our office staff and generally take thirty minutes. If you’re in a hurry, we can email your estimate for your convenience. General information and photos typically take about ten minutes to complete.

Concours Elite Collision Center is proud to be recognized as an I-CAR Gold Class® collision repair facility. This designation means our technicians receive ongoing training and stay current with the latest repair techniques and procedures, helping ensure your vehicle is repaired properly and safely.
Only about 10% of collision repair shops achieve Gold Class status. Unlike facilities with limited or inconsistent training, Gold Class shops are equipped with the knowledge to identify hidden damage, determine when components should be repaired or replaced, and follow the correct procedures to restore your vehicle to pre-accident condition.

Paint & Refinishing
Known for our color-matching skills, we take pride in every vehicle we paint as if it was our own. We use PPG's sophisticated computerized color-matching to ensure the match of the vehicle's paint code to the manufacturer's paint codes. However, paint codes don't always work because it depends on what type of paint, brand, and technique the manufacturer or prior painter used and that is where our experienced certified painters come in and put their skills to the test.
Our paint process requires an attentive multi-step application process to ensure the quality blending of the new and old finishes. Here, at Concours Elite we care about our environment, we only use high-quality waterborne eco-friendly PPG paints and coatings formulated specifically for the auto industry and our technicians are highly skilled and experienced with using these types of paints and know how to properly prep and apply them.
Our paint specialists use computerized color matching and premium materials to restore your vehicle’s original look and finish. From small touch-ups to complete repainting, we deliver flawless results.

We are also a Direct Repair Program (DRP) facility for many major insurance carriers, meaning we are a trusted and recommended collision repair partner known for quality workmanship and exceptional customer service throughout Northern California.
It’s important to remember that you always have the right to choose the repair shop for your vehicle. While insurance companies may offer recommendations, they cannot require you to use a specific shop. This practice is known as “steering,” and it is not permitted under California law. Always feel confident in selecting the repair facility you trust most.
