I was hit by a person with AAA insurance. AAA recommended using Concours Elite because they were a certified AAA network body shop. They have a full-time estimator who is AAA certified. This means that there is no challenge to the estimate from AAA and all you need to do is give Concours Elite your claim number and they handle everything else, even rental car arrangements. And, you do not even need to talk to a AAA agent because once you have the claim number, just go to the shop and don’t bother calling the agent. They have no-appointment drive up estimate space. I just drove right up without making an appointment and Steve walked out right away and looked at the damage. We went to his desk and he explained the process it would take to get the damage out. The whole way through, Steve was very accommodating and explained everything in detail. Also, they warranty all their work, for life.
I was thoroughly impressed with all aspects of this business and will not hesitate to recommend it to anyone.

I could tell by my first phone call alone that Kelly, the frontwoman of Concours Elite, was going to be a reliable source. She’s personable & professional, and I felt completely at home once I stepped into the office. The other staff members were just as attentive and friendly, which is rare in the auto industry. You can tell they’ve all worked together for a while since there’s this unspoken communication where everyone seems to know what they need to do; they seem like family.
When I got my car back, it looked great. They not only repaired the dent but the paint job was great– all knick's that used to cover the bumper were no longer there. I asked if it would be too much to straighten my license plate (not from the collision) and they did it, no problem…The next day, I realized my headlight was still out, so I brought it in during lunch. At this point, you’d think they’d want to charge me extra just for looking at it again, but within a few minutes, they had replaced my bulb, free of charge and with a smile.
These guys...good people...Go support them!!

Every person I worked with rather it be the young man that drove me home when I didn’t have a ride or the men and women in the office – I was treated like I was their one and only customer and their business was to make sure I was happy! The day that I picked up my car the regular guy at the front desk was not there (probably on lunch) so another gentleman from the back office came in quickly and took care of my paperwork and talked to me in English vs. Confusing Car Language talk. The gentleman that I dealt with the first time came back from lunch and they communicated the hand-off seamlessly and the "right" hand knew exactly what the "left" hand was doing!
I don’t know why anyone would go anywhere else – Best Customer Service I’ve seen in this Industry EVER!!

This by far has been the best Auto body shop in Chico! They will do the right thing for the customer, not the insurance company. They gave us timely updates, took care of the behind the scene details, like contacting the other insurance company and making rental arrangements.
Once we got our vehicle back you could never notice it was in any type of car accident.
